Life is one big play so it is important that I know how to play it. When it comes to my panic attack treatment, I just go through the motion of it even though personally I am not excited to do it. I think it is just a matter of how to accept the things in your life than resisting it. Fighting something is a waste of time so we might as well learn what we need to do so we can overcome things.
